After the expiry of the said period, he is eligible for re-appointment. Ibrahim khan is, again and again, re-appoint as a managing director of JIB Agro Food Industries Limited.

He generally manages all concerns about the company to appoint and employ, officers, agents, advisers, organizers, engineers, scientists, technicians, labor, servants, and others for the company to remove or dismiss and to appoint others in their place and to pay or cause to pay such salaries, wages, commission, allowance or other remuneration as may be decided fit and proper in particular to sanction and spend the preliminary expense of the company..

The deals about real estate and moveable property of the company needs to be signed by managing directors.
To execute and to do, in the name of the company, all such deeds and things as are necessary welfare of the company. Managing Director guides all the directors and organizes board meetings whenever needed.
To sign and verify plants, written, statements, and petitions authorizing legal practitioners to act on behalf of the company in all courts, civil, and criminal of revenue within Bangladesh or abroad.
